The Ops Control and Assurance team are a specialist team, who provide independent assurance across the Operational 1LoD through assurance monitoring, outcomes testing, control testing and customer journeys.
What you will be doing?:In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide specialist, effective and independent assurance for assigned business functions within the Operational 1LoD and will be responsible for supporting the execution of customer outcomes, control assurance testing and delivery of themes and recommendations to associated operational functions.
The role is key in ensuring the Operational 1LoD meets business needs and regulatory expectations.
