Customer Service

• Welcome our new and existing patients with a warm and friendly smile.
• Build relationships with patients to identify their needs and offer services as solutions to meet their needs.
• Communicate with patients through email, mail, and phone.
• Effectively communicate with doctor offices through email and phone.
• Understand the features, advantages, and benefits of all our services and products, and be able to explain them to patients.
• Handle patient service requests -- basic office information, appointment dates, documentation, insurance, etc.
• Set goals; create plans to achieve goals, and share statistics with the team monthly.
• Check-out patients reviewing charts to ensure all information is documented properly and balances are paid and up to date.
• Review dental insurance benefits available for patients.
• Present treatment and financial options to patients.
• Coordinate appointments for patients who are referred to a specialist's office.

Requirements

• Full-time up to 40 hours a week, 5 days a week.
• Excellent customer service and patient care.
• Independent and responsible.
• Identify problems and create solutions.
• Prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Intermediate computer experience - Microsoft Excel, Word, Internet Explorer, Practice Software.
