As an Aged Care Employee at IRT William Beach Gardens, you will play a crucial role in supporting our residents’ daily needs and enhancing their quality of life. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional care and help create a nurturing, supportive environment for our elderly residents.
We are currently looking for Aged Care Employees to work a minimum of 32 hours per week with the ablity to work morning shifts (0630-1500) and afternoon shifts (1400-2230).
Your work will include:
• Assisting our residents with their daily living and personal needs such as eating, showering, personal hygiene, dressing, personal grooming and general mobility
• Administering medication and applying simple wound dressings
• Supporting resident participation in lifestyle and social activities
