POSITION SUMMARY
As the Director of Sales, you will serve as one of the strategic leader for Core Venture’s Anytime Fitness brand in Connecticut. This pivotal role demands a blend of strategic insight and tactical execution within the fitness or retail landscapes, with a strong emphasis on driving revenue, implementing effective sales processes and strategies, enhancing member experiences, and managing high-performance teams. You will play a crucial role in the growth of the Anytime Fitness Connecticut brand, working closely with Area Sales leaders and club managers to boost revenue, improve member/client experiences, and elevate community awareness.
