Position Summary:
The Program Manager for Youth Mobile Crisis Intervention provides supervision, leadership, and oversight to a clinical team delivering behavioral health interventions to children, youth, and their families with intensive, therapeutic, crisis response and community safety needs. This position requires a vibrant and dynamic leader able to motivate and support the team to provide strength based unconditional services that support a youth’s vital connections to family and community. The Program Manager must ensure that services provided are compliant with the Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS) Model and the National Association of State Mental Health Program Directors (NASMHPD) guidance on improving the child and adolescent crisis system. Duties of this position also include hiring and training, mentoring and motivating, clinical consultation, monitoring for safety, participating in leadership decisions, ensuring complete and accurate documentation, completing performance reviews, providing back-up coverage for staff, and working with and promoting positive relationships with community partners and natural supports.

Physical Requirements:
This position normally requires the physical demands of standing, walking, bending, lifting or performing other work requiring low physical exertion, talking and hearing on a regular basis to perform the job requirements. These physical demands are required up to 80% of the time. Position also requires ability to drive with adequate vision.

Employment is conditional upon:
Wage Range: $97,520 - $108,120, depending on experience
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00 pm
Sign On Bonus: Up to $8,000, depending on experience (paid in 3 installments for total commitment of 39 months)
