East Noble School Corporation is accepting applications for the following vacancy:  Elementary Dean of Students

Full Time Dean of Students assigned to Wayne Center Elementary School

This position is under the direct supervision of the Principal.

*Apply no later than 9/17/2025.  Applications will be reviewed, and interviews may be scheduled upon receipt.

Duties will include but are not limited to: 

•               Handling student discipline issues

•               Communication with parents on attendance issues as well as any other proactive parent involvement communication

•               Developing a proactive process for improving student behaviors which may include viewing bus videos, monitoring computer usage, visiting classrooms

•               Conducts home visitations

•               Lead case conferences and any other duties as assigned by the building principal. 

Qualifications:

•               Administrative license preferred or working toward an administrative license   

•               Hold or be eligible to hold a valid Indiana teacher’s license

•               Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•               Quality references
