Key Benefits:

• Shift Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30pm-5:30am; overtime is possible and mandatory

Responsibilities:

• Lead sanitation team under the guidance of the production supervisor to clean and sanitize entire production facility
• Ensures all employees follow GMPs, SOPs, and safety guidelines, maintaining compliance and promoting a safe work environment.
• Understands and performs all sanitation tasks to provide coverage and support operational effectiveness as needed
• Strives to identify and implement improvements within sanitation to enhance sanitary work and quality.
• Proactively communicates safety and food safety concerns to management for timely resolution.
• Communicates effectively with team members, fostering engagement, clarity, and responsiveness.
• Performs other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to team success.

Qualifications:

• Leadership experience preferred
• Experience in the food manufacturing industry preferred, with knowledge of production standards and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and understand verbal and written English instructions to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus, but not required.
• Able to work with ingredients including pork, dairy, soy, wheat, and eggs in compliance with food safety standards.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to meet employment eligibility requirements.
