Are you ready to play a crucial role in our production process? We're seeking a dedicated Production Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll run our envelope production machines at our climate-controlled factory in Walbridge, just minutes from Toledo on the corner of 795 and Tracy Rd.
Machine Operators safely run our fast-running envelope machines in a production factory. Machine Operators also examine work orders to determine specifications that have been met, inspect product quality according to established quality guidelines using tools such as a ruler, and pack envelopes uniformly and neatly, keeping up with the machine speeds. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help us uphold our high standards while contributing to our success in delivering top-notch products to our customers. You can also earn 80 hours of paid vacation and up to 3 sick days available within your first year while working in a climate-controlled facility.
SHIFTS AVAILABLE
2nd Shift: 2:30 pm - 10:30pm M-F: $16.50/hr, + $0.75/hr shift premium = $17.25, eligible for merit increase every 90 days

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior Manufacturing experience running a production machine is preferred.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ability to stand for the approximate duration of scheduled shift (minus paid breaks), lift up to 20 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally, repetitive grasping, frequent, twisting, lifting above shoulder height, occasional bend, reach, crouch, or stoop. Sensory requirements are tactile/touch with hands and digits, near and far visual acuity, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Reasoning, mechanical aptitude, and mathematical skills for appropriate operations of the equipment.
