As an Operations Manager you will work together with our IT team to ensure that our digital workplaces run smoothly and securely for over 22,000 colleagues – from physical clients to virtual environments. You serve as the interface between technology, operations, and our external partners.
You support the setup and operation of a resilient and secure digital workplace system.
You take responsibility for incident and problem management – internally and with our IT providers.
You actively contribute to compliance and audit topics.
You monitor critical infrastructure and cloud connections – ensuring everything runs smoothly.
You manage modern security solutions such as web gateways, cloud access brokers, and ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access).
Initial experience in operating Microsoft client/server environments.
Interest in network technology (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, cloud access).
Willingness to take responsibility based on analytical thinking and a solution-oriented working style.
Knowledge in monitoring and performance optimization is desirable.
Basic knowledge of patch and policy management (Microsoft) is an advantage.
Ideally, experience working with external service providers and in audits.
Very good German skills (at least B2) and good English skills.
Willingness to work on-site in Vienna and Bratislava.

A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - we are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 2.200,- gross per month for this full time position. But this is just a formality, we are more than happy to discuss your actual expectations.
