Location: Urbana, OH

Primary Activities/Duties:
- Prepare metal parts for powder coating by cleaning, masking, and hanging them on racks.
- Operate powder coating equipment to apply paint according to specifications.
- Inspect finished products for quality, coverage, and consistency.
- Maintain proper documentation of production and quality checks.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of painting equipment and spray booths.
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Assist with loading/unloading parts from the curing oven.
- Support department housekeeping and 6-S initiatives.
- Participate in cross-training and internal audits as needed.
Knowledge & Experience:
- HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in industrial painting or powder coating preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and safety guidelines.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and move parts and equipment as required.
