We are currently looking for a full time 40 hour a week Accessioner to work in our Physician Owned Lab (POL) in Oaks, PA.
This is a 3rd shift position 3:00 am-11:30 am.
The Laboratory Accessioner is a meticulous individual who is responsible for the receipt, proper identification, documentation, and distribution of medical laboratory specimens, and the distribution of these specimens to the appropriate laboratory division in a time efficient manner. The MLA supports the laboratory by performing other essential tasks including, but not limited to, phone communication with health care professionals, troubleshooting, and management of diagnostic materials. The MLA must be able to use independent judgment and knowledge to perform all related tasks.
