Job Description

Oversees the customer service operations of the FLExTrans department. Enhances the visibility and utilization of FLExTrans and its services. This role will bridge the gap between the FLExTrans developers, administrators, and potential users, ensuring that FLExTrans is both discoverable and accessible.

Job Responsibilities:

• Organizes and maintains our department data for accurate records.
• Communicates with interested clients about FLExTrans.
• Oversees the logistics of FLExTrans training and set-up.
• Communicates with translation teams to ensure successful FLExTrans use.
• Assists training institutions with set-up of FLExTrans internships.
• Obtains stakeholder support and engagement.
• Represents the clients' perspective in department meetings.
