Summary:

Custom Truck One Source is hiring a Warehouse Associate with experience in heavy and light-duty trucks and equipment. The role demands high safety standards, accuracy, and productivity. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, or inventory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle shipping and receiving of products.
• Verify and record product details in the MRP system.
• Pick and issue parts for production and internal work orders.
• Label, move, and manage inventory items.
• Assist with techs, process returned parts, and package items for shipment.
• Safely load/unload materials and maintain bin locations.
• Perform equipment inspections, assist with physical inventory, and cycle counting.
• Keep the warehouse organized and perform clerical tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Previous warehouse or parts experience; knowledge of trucks and equipment preferred.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and ability to pass pre-employment tests.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software.
• Strong communication skills and mathematical abilities.
• Ability to use warehouse equipment and handle physical tasks.

Working Conditions:

• Availability to work between 6:00 am-4:30 pm, Monday-Friday, with potential for additional hours.
• Work environment includes shop and outdoor areas with exposure to various elements.
• Must wear appropriate PPE.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with frequent lifting of heavier weights.
• Physical stamina for standing, walking, and performing manual tasks for extended periods.
