Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to provide in-person counseling services to individuals. In this role, you will support clients facing challenges by offering solution-focused therapy in a supportive and confidential setting. This position is ideal for a clinician who values meaningful work, strong client relationships, and helping individuals navigate stress, life transitions, and emotional challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-person counseling sessions.
  • Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans

Requirements

  • Active Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) license in the state of NY
  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical assessment skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high professional standards
  • Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and client-centered care
