- Ensure timely and consistent compliance with company, franchisor, and regulatory standards related to food safety, security, labor laws, and staffing.
- Protect and elevate brand integrity through a consistent focus on product quality and guest experience.
- Coach and develop Restaurant General Managers (RGMs), providing continuous feedback and leadership support.
- Guide RGMs in the development and performance management of their teams to build strong internal talent pipelines.
- Drive performance improvements through clear expectations, accountability, and hands-on support.
- Promote collaboration and transparency through regular area meetings and effective resolution of operational challenges.

- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze data and make strategic, results-oriented decisions.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities across multiple locations.
- Inspirational leader with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to motivate and develop others.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain high-performing teams focused on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Experience in talent development, performance management, and team engagement strategies.
- Flexible and adaptable schedule, with the ability to travel frequently and work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
What You’ll Get in Return
- Competitive salary & performance-based bonuses
- Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, & more)
- Paid time off & company holidays
- Ongoing leadership training & development opportunities
- Career growth within one of the largest Wendy’s franchise groups
