As the Senior Associate, HSSE Operations & Project Execution, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of all colleagues and business partners while actively contributing to the achievement of departmental KPIs and targets. You will support the implementation of HSSE management systems, processes, and programs across projects under development, project execution sites, and ongoing operations. The role requires ensuring compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements, driving the adoption of HSSE best practices and lessons learned, and facilitating investigations and root cause analysis when needed. Operating independently with integrity and efficiency, you will work toward achieving HSSE goals while effectively managing and reporting daily, weekly, and monthly activities, including addressing non-conformances within HSSE systems.
