A Brief Overview:
The Business Unit Compliance Officer (BUCO) serves as the primary liaison between the Auto Business Unit, the Enterprise Risk Management and Compliance Departments, ensuring operational alignment with regulatory requirements and enterprise-wide compliance programs. This analyst-level role coordinates all audit-related activities—including regulatory, internal, external, and quality audits—while supporting the maintenance of risk frameworks, policies, and standards. The BUCO also assists the Auto Operations Director with ad hoc analyses, process improvements, and monitoring report compilation, and plays a key role in identifying compliance risks, implementing controls, and fostering a culture of accountability and regulatory awareness across the business.

Coordinate and support special projects as requested by management.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration is required. Minimum of three to five years of experience in Project, Credit, Compliance Portfolio or Enterprise Risk management, or related field within an internal/external auditing function. Fully bilingual is required (English & Spanish)
