LOCATION:  760 Westchester Ave, Rye Brook, NY

HOURS: 7:00am - 4:00pm; Monday - Friday

In this role, you will:

Responsible for maintaining the buildings and grounds.  Responsible for warehouse inventory orders, office supply orders, stocking and managing inventory levels. 

Oversees and maintains the following departmental programs

  • Directs, coordinates, and plans essential central services such as security, cleaning, D.I Water System, pest control, Avanti Market, and bio hazard waste.

  • Assist Procurement team in receiving, stocking, and rotating products for all departments

  • Enthusiastically performs miscellaneous duties with completion in a designated time frame.

  • Maintains upkeep of buildings and grounds Answers inquiries regarding inventory availability and daily needs

  • Oversees all facilities quarterly and annual building inspections

  • Manages all electrical, plumbing, A/C, roofing, flooring, site generators, painting and lighting needs

  • Coordinates improvement and remodeling of facilities

  • Receives, stocks, rotates and enters all products into ProcureIT for all departments

  • Maintains remote shipment supplies return Responds appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise 

All you need is:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum – Three years working experience in facility maintenance.

  • Ability to lift 50lbs

  • Basic computer and Microsoft comprehension

  • Ability to work independently

Salary Range is $20.00 - 25.00 per hour. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply.
