Under supervision of the Enterprise System Administrator (ESA), this position will perform internal accounting control functions to ensure that sound fiscal management and control of Department operations are maintained as well as administering, supporting, maintaining, customizing, training and documenting updates for the organization’s Oracle Cloud Fusion Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

Minimum Requirements
Education and experience: The educational equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, computer information systems, or related field, OR the educational equivalent to a diploma from an accredited high school plus four years of directly related experience, including experience with Oracle.
Knowledge, skills and abilities: Ability to interpret and apply Department policies and procedures. Ability to communicate orally and in writing. Attention to detail. Knowledge of analytics utilizing Business Intelligence reporting or similar tools. Knowledge of database technology. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software technologies. Ability to follow detailed procedures and ensure accuracy in documentation and data. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
Working conditions: Office environment. Occasional travel to various locations within the state.
Licenses, registrations and certifications: Valid driver's license.
