Summer Semester 2026 – limited to 6 months
YOUR TASKS:
- Actively participate in improvement projects, e.g., the implementation of matrix production
- Support or lead subprojects in the area of Lean Production
- Develop creative solutions to increase productivity and quality
- Contribute to the design of workstations, equipment, and manufacturing processes during product launches
- Plan layouts using modern layout software
YOUR PROFILE:
- Degree program in a technical, business, or comparable field of study
- Ideally, initial experience with Lean Production, layout systems, and SAP PP
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Enthusiasm for production-related work as well as an independent and structured working style
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
