About the Team

The Analytics team is a cross functional group of talented individuals with a mission to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and improve business performance through data-driven analysis.

Role Overview

 This position will be focused on supporting the analytics team through activities such as creating reports and visualizations, constructing data models, and interacting with various stakeholders to communicate findings. You will also collaborate with senior analysts or managers on special projects, contribute to data quality assurance efforts, and gain hands-on experience with tools and techniques used in data analysis and visualization.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Project work with Senior Analyst:
    • Efficacy of our Customer Marketing – Aid in the development of comprehensive metrics and benchmarks to measure the impact and ROI of marketing campaigns on customer retention and satisfaction
    • Customer Health Scores - Aid in the development of customer health scores. Utilize advanced analytics to identify potential churn risks based on their current customer health score.
    • Business Funnel - Engineer a cohesive business funnel framework that seamlessly integrates prospecting, implementation, and current customers.
  • Process and data model improvements or edits to ensure accuracy in our data.
  • Ad hoc analysis of our current customer base to equip our Customer Success Managers with the data needed to interact with our customers.
  • Produce analytical insights and research that drive decision-making across all levels of the organization.

Who You Are

  • Introductory experience with SQL and Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBI). 
  • Demonstrated motivation and drive to learn new technologies and skills.
  • Interest and enthusiasm for analytics and data-driven decision making.
  • Comfortable with a fully remote work environment, with the opportunity to be onsite in Braintree, MA once during the internship.
  • Currently a Junior or higher and enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely
