Position Title: Data Analytics and Automation Technical Manager
Full-Time | Central PA | Growing Community Bank

Summary
Our bank is growing, and we’re investing in the future of data and analytics. We’re seeking a Data Analytics and Automation Technical Manager to expand the reach of enterprise data, elevate our analytics maturity, and drive innovation through automation. This role is pivotal in shaping how the bank leverages data to power strategic decision-making, deliver actionable insights, and create measurable business impact.

As the Data Analytics and Automation Technical Manager, you’ll lead the Kish Business Intelligence (KBI) program, oversee data architecture and governance, and guide the delivery of advanced analytics solutions. You’ll also direct the integration of automation (iPaaS, AI, RPA) into data workflows, ensuring scalable and repeatable processes that improve efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Analytics & Data Leadership

• Drive the vision and execution of the Kish Business Intelligence (KBI) program.
• Lead the design, development, and optimization of the data warehouse.
• Advance dimensional modeling, dashboard creation, and predictive/advanced analytics.
• Champion the use of data-driven insights across the organization.

Automation & Integration

• Incorporate automation tools (iPaaS, AI, RPA) into data and reporting processes.
• Develop scalable solutions for data access, transformation, and delivery.
• Evaluate new tools and technologies, advocating for vendor-supported features.

Governance & Best Practices

• Own enterprise-wide data governance, metadata management, and data quality initiatives.
• Establish and enforce SDLC and analytics best practices.
• Ensure solution integrity through testing, documentation, and compliance rigor.

Collaboration & Strategy

• Partner with business leaders to define reporting and analytics priorities.
• Align data initiatives with enterprise strategy and resource planning.
• Represent the bank in external BI and analytics communities.

Team Development & Training

• Mentor and develop technical staff, including analysts and automation developers.
• Provide training and guidance to end users and business teams to expand data literacy.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data-intensive roles (BI, analytics, data engineering, automation).
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Power BI, SQL, and automation/RPA/AI tools.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong foundation in data governance, data quality, and metadata management.
• Expertise in dashboarding, dimensional modeling, and analytics frameworks.
• Ability to clearly communicate data insights and complex technical concepts to executive audiences.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
• Skilled at cross-functional collaboration and influencing decision-making with data.

Additional

• Familiarity with banking operations and regulatory requirements preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with experience in executive reporting.
• Office-based role with moderate standing, walking, and lifting (10–20 lbs occasionally). Reasonable accommodations available.
