Banana Moon Day Nurseries invites dedicated individuals to join our thriving team as a Level 3 Professional/Nursery Practitioner. Your role will include:

• Planning, delivering, and evaluating engaging educational activities in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
• Observing and documenting children’s progress, communicating openly with parents about their child's development.
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborating with a passionate team to foster a positive and enriching nursery experience.
• Participating actively in professional development and training opportunities, keeping up to date with best practices.

Requirements

To be considered for the Level 3 Professional role, you should have:

• A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
• In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Enhanced DBS check clearance.
• Paediatric first aid certification (12 hours).
