• Greeting participants and providing a high level of customer service.
• Responsible for the preparation of lessons plans, instructing, and evaluating class participants.
• Lead group of 8 students per session.
• Arrive on time and prepare needed equipment.
• Track attendance and communicate program updates to participants.
• Respond quickly to all emergencies and administer first aid as needed.
• Must have a strong understanding of Mah Jongg and be well-versed in the official game rules.
• Starting salary $14.00 per hour or higher (depending on experience).

• Instructors are responsible for providing their own instructional materials, tracking class attendance, starting/ending class on time and turning in paperwork in a timely manner.
• Must exhibit initiative in the absence of supervision.
• Have a positive attitude and show professionalism in communications.
• Experience working with older adults, confident managing multiple participants at a time, and the ability to create a fun environment.
