Summary:We are seeking a results-driven Industrial Engineer III to join our Frontgrade operations team, playing a key role in driving process excellence and production quality. This role is central to our Foundation Quality Initiative: ACT+ (Audit, Correct, Train, Control) — a structured approach to identifying process gaps, implementing sustainable improvements, and fostering a culture of accountability.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in industrial engineering principles, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to audit existing processes, implement corrective actions, deliver targeted training, and establish robust controls — all to ensure production systems operate at the highest levels of efficiency, safety, and quality
Responsibilities:• Applicable experience in lieu of a Degree may be considered.
