Envestnet Financial Technologies, Inc. seeks Senior Software Engineer in Berwyn, PA.

Duties: Work on digital transformation initiatives for our next generation wealth platform using the latest emerging technologies. Use best practices in UI development to translate UX designs and workflows into a working, interactive, performant application experience. Actively work with Lead Engineers and Architects to discuss and improve quality, efficiency, and maintainability of
the existing and new codebases. Share knowledge and mentor junior developers. Work closely with the UX Design and Product team as well as our back-end/API Development team - Building applications that allow investment advisors to profile investors’ financial needs and objectives, construct portfolios to meet those goals, invest and trade their accounts, integrate with custodians and brokers, and provide analytics and reporting. 

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field plus 5 years of experience as a software engineer or in related occupations. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, employer will accept 7 years of experience as a software engineer or in related occupations. Must have 5 years of experience in UI Development. Must have 5 years of experience with each of the following tools/technologies: Javascript, Redux, and React. Requires 3 years of experience with each of the following tools/technologies: Webpack, NPM, and GIT. Requires at least 1 year of experience with Typescript and Yarn. Telecommuting is Permitted.
