Job Description Summary:
Provides administrative and basic level clinical support to physician practices to ensure the delivery of quality healthcare services. This role does not function as a formal Medical Assistant but may be required to perform basic, non-invasive rooming and VS skills if needed.Responsibilities And Duties:

This role will primarily be administrative working registration at the front desk of endocrinology office, but there are opportunities for more clinical tasks as well. Day-to-day administrative responsibilities include: checking in patents, completing registration, checking patients out after their appointment is complete, scheduling follow up appointments, managing incoming and outgoing phone calls to patients, assisting with managing incoming and outgoing referrals in work queues. Clinical tasks can include, assisting with rooming patients for providers, obtaining vitals, collecting POC A1C, assisting with managing the team's InBasket messages/calls.
