Our Oakwood Division in Paulding County, Ohio, breeds hogs and turkeys while providing the best care to our animals in a small team setting. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 2nd shift Egg Gatherer to join our team in Paulding. 

 

SHIFT HOURS: Typically a 6-day work schedule with rotating weekends, approximately 10:00am-8:00pm 

STARTING HOURLY RATE:  $17.80 with the potential of increasing to $18.05 after 90 days

ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

 

All training will be provided for this entry level position.  Job functions include:

  • Gathering all eggs as directed and maintain barns
  • Caring for birds per veterinary and manager guidance and maintain records
  • General farm chores, including but not limited to: laundry, taking out trash, checking/cleaning waters and feeders, etc.
