The Youth Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team is a specialized program designed to provide comprehensive, community-based mental health services to adolescents and young adults aged 14-20 who are living with mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders and reside in the metro area. The program aims to support youth in achieving their personal recovery goals, enhancing their quality of life, and fostering independence.

The expected salary range for this position is based on several factors including market, funding, candidates experience level, skills, training, and related knowledge. Our ranges are developed and published as good faith estimates for the position.
Starting Salary Range: Full-Time - $92,539 - $102,529 salary + Office Benefit Package (on-call expenses): $90/month subject to change
**Sign-On Bonus of $875 payable after 6 months in role**
The Registered Nurse is a fully integrated member of the team and together with the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Psychiatrist, guides the medication and medical treatment needs of all individuals served. The RN also partners with team members in carrying out the treatment goals and objectives that are collaboratively developed with the individuals served based on their vision of recovery.
The schedule is 20 hours per week. The position is part of an on-call rotation for providing clinical consultation after hours.
