Lead Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and versatile Lead Full Stack Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in C#/.NET, Angular, and UI/UX design, along with strong experience in cloud technologies (preferably Google Cloud Platform), application architecture, and modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead the design and development of full-stack applications using C#/.NET and Angular.

·       Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business requirements.

·       Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams in a SAFe Agile environment.

·       Develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces with a focus on UI/UX best practices.

·       Integrate applications with cloud services including Google Cloud Storage and Pub/Sub.

·       Manage and optimize PostgreSQL (AlloyDB) databases.

·       Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

·       Ensure application security and compliance throughout the development lifecycle.

·       Monitor application health and performance using Dynatrace and Grafana.

·       Maintain code quality and security using SonarQube and other API security tools.

Required Skills & Experience:

Core Technical Skills:

·       C#/.NET (Backend Development)

·       Angular (Frontend Development)

·       RESTful API Development

·       PostgreSQL (AlloyDB)

Cloud & DevOps:

  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – preferred
  • Google Cloud Storage
  • Pub/Sub messaging
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Azure DevOps

Monitoring & Security Tools:

  • Dynatrace
  • Grafana
  • SonarQube
  • API Security and related tooling

Methodologies:

  • SAFe Agile Framework

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Proven experience in leading development teams and mentoring junior developers.

·       Strong understanding of application architecture and design patterns.

·       Experience with secure coding practices and application security standards.

·       Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
