About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Administration Support Officer to join our team in a permanent part time position (3 days per week) to deliver exceptional administrative support to our Events & Festivals Team.
In this pivotal role, you’ll help ensure the seamless delivery of a diverse range of Events and Festivals by providing administration support with a focus on managing key relationships within our partnerships and sponsorship portfolio, coordinating essential tasks, and supporting the successful execution of event deliverables.
You will also assist with financial administration within the Events & Festivals team, including working with Council’s financial management systems to support timely management of contractor and supplier invoicing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The successful candidate should have 3+ years relevant administrative experience; it is desired if in a government or services organisation.

We are offering an attractive remuneration from $78,199.90 to $82,601.69 (pro rata) plus 12% superannuation.
