Now Hiring: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for Our Home Health Team in Warrensburg, MO and surrounding areas.

Join our dedicated therapy team that is committed to helping our clients regain independence and improve their quality of life through personalized care and compassion.

Availability: PRN

Pay Range: Pay Per Visit

Responsibilities

• Delivering occupational therapy services to clients in their homes based on the treatment plan developed by a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Documenting client progress and maintaining records according to agency policies and federal regulations.
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure holistic care and continuity.
• Promoting and maintaining client safety in adherence to agency protocols.
• Executing therapy treatments and assisting clients with the activities of daily living as outlined in their care plan.
• Performing additional job-related duties as assigned by the supervising Occupational Therapist.

Requirements

• COTA Certification for the state of Missouri
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required
• Ability to pass drug tests, background checks, and physical exams
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients
