Position Summary
The HR Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with Human Resources Management and Business Partners in supporting assigned client groups. This position fulfills responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, performance management, training, organizational effectiveness, staffing and onboarding, compensation, benefits, HRIS, teammate engagement, rewards, and recognition. Also supports the Human Resources Manager in communicating, delivering, and influencing Human Resources policies and procedures. Supports operational and tactical issues for assigned client group(s).

The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $108,000. The actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
