Senior Manager, Product Management

Lytx is growing, and we are expanding our Product Management leadership to drive innovation and deliver solutions that our customers love. As a Senior Manager of Product Management, you will own and define the strategic direction for key product lines, guiding a team of Product Managers to drive market-leading solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, strong data-driven decision-making, and the ability to collaborate across the organization to align investments with business priorities.

You’ll Get To:

• Define and execute product strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs while communicating a clear product vision to stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and professional growth.
• Partner with Engineering and UX leadership to drive product discovery and delivery, ensuring teams are empowered with clear objectives and priorities.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Client Experience, and Customer Success to drive go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless product adoption.
• Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to identify opportunities, shape product roadmaps, and drive continuous innovation.
• Champion a data-driven approach to decision-making, leveraging customer feedback, analytics, and experimentation to refine product direction.
• Influence senior executives and stakeholders to align product investments with long-term growth and business impact.
• Drive operational excellence in product management processes, fostering a scalable, customer-centric, and outcome-driven product culture.
• Perform other leadership duties as required.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years leading and mentoring product teams.
• Experience in enterprise software, telematics, video AI, or SaaS solutions preferred.
• Proven leadership skills, with a track record of scaling product teams and delivering high-impact enterprise solutions.
• Strong customer and market orientation, with a passion for building products that solve real-world problems and drive business value.
• Deep knowledge of Agile software development, discovery methodologies, and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence executives and stakeholders.
• A data-driven mindset, leveraging analytics, A/B testing, and customer insights to drive strategic decisions.

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan.  The expected hiring salary for this position is:
