Rate of Pay: $37,500 / $18 hourly BOE
The Human Resources Coordinator is a key player in driving HR initiatives, nurturing employee relations, and orchestrating projects throughout the organization. This role is crucial for addressing everyday employee questions, facilitating the implementation of HR programs and specialized initiatives, enhancing learning and development opportunities, and ensuring strict adherence to federal, state, and organizational regulations.
