Young Persons (14-18yrs) Operational Work Experience Placement – Nuneaton, 27th –30th October 2025

Who it's for: Young individuals between 14 and 18 years old, who want to explore how we keep our environment clean and our systems running smoothly

What’s This All About?

This placement gives you the chance to shadow one of our operational teams who manage the day-to-day running of sewage treatment works and pumping stations. You’ll be based at Hartshill STW, where you’ll follow a site operator and learn how we keep everything working safely and efficiently.
