About the Role:

The Data Enablement Lead is a full-time strategic role based in Mexico City, designed to unify and optimize the lead sourcing ecosystem across Marketing and Sales. This role will own the end-to-end process of lead acquisition, enrichment, integration, and performance tracking. It will also ensure compliance with global data privacy standards and provide leadership with actionable insights through reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate lead acquisition efforts across Sales and Marketing.

  • Manage intake for campaign and event-specific prospecting needs.

  • Oversee external sourcing vendors and ensure timely delivery and accurate credit tracking.

  • Integrate sourced leads into CRM and marketing automation systems with proper tagging.

  • Monitor funnel conversion metrics to identify optimization opportunities.

  • Partner with Marketing and Events teams to evolve the Profile Question Strategy (PPS).

  • Expand the prospect universe through web visitor tracking and lookalike modeling.

  • Enforce global data privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA) through QA processes.

  • Maintain performance dashboards and operational reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, marketing operations, or data strategy.

  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).

  • Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).

  • Analytical skills and experience with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  • Ability to manage vendor relationships and drive strategic initiatives.
