Who we’re looking for:
The Referral Coordinator plays a vital role in connecting Forge Health’s mission to the community by building partnerships and driving awareness of our behavioral health services across Northern New Jersey. As a collaborative member of both the clinical and growth teams, this individual develops outreach initiatives, strengthens relationships with providers and community organizations, and helps ensure individuals can easily access the care they need.
Please note, this position is in the field up to five days a week in Bergen County and its surrounding areas and requires the ability to attend outreach events on evenings and weekends.
Compensation range: $55-85k, this salary range reflects total compensation, which includes base compensation and bonus potential, however it is not inclusive of benefits and other company perks. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
