A Per Diem (evaluations) Occupational Therapist , (OT/OTR), position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in North Falmouth, MA. Once a part of the PTS team, you may join as many of our other local Per Diem rosters in your area.

Beautiful building located in a residential area with ocean views. 87 beds comprised of 5 floors( 3 floors of resident both STC/LTC) with patio area.
