Familiarity with reinsurance purchasing and the MGA market is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will also have meaningful experience in the E&S space and a strong track record of strategic portfolio management.
In addition to proven deep technical skills, the successful candidate must be a credible leader of people and teams, who is committed to excellence and who will also support and contribute to an environment of continuous improvement.
