Who We Need
We’re hiring a Business Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting and generate qualified meetings for our sales team across three business lines: Advisory, Talent, and Coaching & Wellness. This is a true top-of-funnel role: you’ll identify target accounts, execute outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn, and book meetings that advance the pipeline. You’ll work closely with sales leadership, learning enterprise B2B sales from experienced professionals, while building relationships with senior decision-makers at multi-billion-dollar firms.

$75,000–$85,000 base + commission
