What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible manages of residential living including dormitory management, recreation, safety & security, transportation and student government in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential Functions:

1. Develop and monitor department budget, control expenditures, and review and recommend changes to budget authorizations.
2. Develop and implementation of new policies, procedures and programs affecting the directorate coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with overall center objectives and CT services.
3. Review and audit transition coordinator offices regularly for contractual compliance and quality of services to students and centers. Prepare audit and assessment reports.
4. Works closely with the transportation supervisor to ensure proper scheduling to incorporate recreational trips and dormitory trips. 
5. Oversee the delivery of career transition services, placement of students and former enrollees, and placement follow-up actions.
6. Coordinate career transition efforts with placement contractors, regional/national DOL offices, military, schools and other job placement agencies.

It is expected that the incumbent shall perform other duties as assigned within his/her capabilities as determined by management.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and three (3) years related, two (2) of which must be in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency also required. 
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must be flexible, willing to be on call and available after 5:00 p.m.
