Overview:

A part-time (24 hours , 3-5 days per week) Physical Therapist (PT) position is available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department.  This is a split position where the successful candidate will split time in between two facilities located in Cobalt and Moodus. Travel time and mileage are paid when traveling in between two facilities on one day.
