POSITION TITLE: HOUSING RESOURCE COORDINATOR
Reports to: Housing Project Manager
Salary: $55,000-$65,000/annually
Job Snapshot
CLC is seeking a Housing Resource Coordinator. The Housing Resource Coordinator will have a critical role working collaboratively with members of CLC's internal housing teams, external partners-community organizations, and transition age youth (TAY) clients, particularly those youth who are young adults in foster care (known as Non-Minor Dependents “NMD”). The Housing Resource Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the team has current, accurate, and comprehensive information to all available housing options for our clients throughout Los Angeles and surrounding counties.
The Housing Resource Coordinator will maintain a robust database of housing providers and conduct searches to secure safe and stable housing for clients in need. The Housing Resource Coordinator will also work closely with the housing team supervisor to identify and build relationships with community partners, including landlords and developers, to expand the universe of housing options for CLC clients.
