Job Summary: The Brand Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving product visibility, and fostering relationships with key accounts in Kansas, Iowa and Missouri. Candidate can be located in either one of those states. The BDR will focus on executing brand strategies at the field level, working closely with distributors, retailers, and customers to ensure the brand's growth and prominence in the market. This role is crucial for maintaining brand consistency and expanding the market share.

Frequent local travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and support brand initiatives.
Travel outside the assigned territory for team building and territory expansion.
Salary: Competitive base salary commensurate with experience. Aggressive commission and performance-based incentives. Total compensation package $80,000 +.
