Join Our Mission: Be a BlueCare ECF CHOICES Member Advocate!
The BlueCare Community Engagement team is looking for a passionate individual with strong communication skills, solid working experience within the disability community, and exceptional problem-solving skills to fill the role of ECF CHOICES Consumer Advocate for West Tennessee. The ECF CHOICES program is designed to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live and work in their communities, offering critical services and supports that promote independence, inclusion, and a high quality of life.
As a Consumer Advocate, you’ll collaborate with clinical teams, providers, members & families, and community organizations to deliver member-centered support, while also working to resolve complex matters and streamline efforts to improve service delivery. The ideal candidate will:
