Toro Australia is seeking a dedicated Customer Engagement Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Braeside, VIC. As a key player, you’ll lead and support the parts customer service staff while providing frontline sales support to direct and dealer customers. What Will You Do?

• Provide leadership and direction to the National Customer Service team, fostering a positive team approach to achieving customer service goals and standards.
• Develop and implement customer service standards and policies to ensure efficient, professional customer care.
• Supervise the activities of Customer Engagement Representatives to maintain Toro’s high standards.
• Provide and coordinate training and coaching for customer service staff.
• Ensure compliance with Toro’s Code of Conduct and WHSE policies.
• Establish and maintain excellent business relationships with direct customers, dealers, industry stakeholders, and Toro colleagues.
• Manage back orders and liaise with purchasing to keep customers informed of delivery dates.
• Coordinate with internal customers regarding parts pricing and programming.
• Handle customer complaints professionally, focusing on maintaining successful business relationships and resolving issues promptly.

What Do You Bring?

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a customer service or OEM parts position.
• Experience in a customer service supervision role is highly desirable.
• Strong sales, persuasiveness, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Effective people management and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
• SAP experience is highly desirable.
• Highly organized with a flexible and proactive approach to the work environment.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
