APAC Salesforce Training & Support Lead

Job Description Summary

The APAC Salesforce Training & Support Lead will be working within the Enterprise Delivery & CRM team, reporting to the APAC Training & Change Lead. Responsible for delivery of APAC adoption strategies, training requirements, change management, and the management of training resources to support business and project requirements.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of implementing training and change activities across the Asia Pacific region. You will work alongside our team of Salesforce Support, Administrators, Data Analysts, Business Analysts and Product Owners to collaborate on stakeholder requirements, training, adoption and change management.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with the Training & Change Lead and Product Owner to ensure our regional strategies are being delivered, and the business is getting value from the platform.
  • Responsible for the management of Key stakeholders, influencers, and country / business line champions across Asia Pacific
  • Build solid relationships with the userbase to ensure communication pathway are established
  • Providing deployment, project and change management support & training to business users
  • Provide group and 1:1 training for end users at all levels of the business
  • Provide onboarding training for new users
  • Create and maintain training materials and content
  • Responsible for all communications to users on release notes, updates, training etc
  • Troubleshoot and manage end to end issue resolution
  • Training users on Dashboards and reporting capabilities of salesforce
  • Review business rules with the business stakeholders to refine requirements
  • Ability to discuss these requirements and solutions with both technical and business community
  • Implement Change Management plans to support adoption, deployments, and projects
  • Build communication plans to support change management activities for deployment & projects
  • UAT support for users during BAU releases and Project releases

Accountabilities

     

  • Ensure our userbase understand the platform capabilities through Training and Coaching
  • Ensure our userbase understand the platform capabilities through Training and Coaching
  • Supporting our userbase for day to day queries
  • Ensuring platform improvements are captured and prioritized to meet business needs
  • Responsible for user acceptance testing and production testing, as UAT lead
  • Responsible for establishing a knowledge base and ongoing updates
  • Delivery of communications to support CMPs, Training & Onboarding, Deployments & Projects

Attributes

  • Must exhibit confidence and an extensive knowledge of platform and business process when delivering training and dealing with business
  • Must possess strong analytical, organizational and project management skills
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Must possess strong leadership skills and generate enthusiasm among team members
  • Ability to work independently to define concepts, communications, and training materials

Proactively review processes to innovate and continuously improve the processes and workplace experience

Background and Experience

  • 2+ years’ working with Salesforce
  • Experience creating and delivering training & communications
  • Experience working on custom end-to-end SFDC or CRM projects
  • Experience or an interest in Property/Real Estate Industry will put you at a distinct advantage! 

Qualifications & Technical Skills

  • Prosci Change Manager Certified (Preferred)
  • Experience working on custom end-to-end SFDC and CRM projects
  • Experience in creating communications plans, writing comms for multiple regions and stakeholders
  • Experience creating content for training materials
