Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our growing Design team at Tétris. The ideal candidate will lead architectural and interior design projects for commercial developments, retail spaces, offices, and hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative architectural and technical solutions
• Utilize BIM technology effectively
• Generate high-quality CAD and REVIT drawings, schedules, reports, and visualizations
• Coordinate designs with other consultants and stakeholders
• Ensure project execution adheres to budgets, timelines, and quality standards
• Explore new concepts, materials, and designs
• Develop new methods for presenting architectural projects to clients
• Oversee the development of detailed architectural execution plans

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Architecture
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in REVIT and CAD software
• Excellent knowledge of BIM technology
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and dynamic approach to work
• Strong sense of responsibility, curiosity, and ability to learn
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Desired Skills:

• Experience in commercial, retail, office, or hotel projects
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
