LPN LVN - Family Medicine

Administers nursing care to patients within an assigned unit. Supervises non-licensed nursing personnel. Under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.

Please note the following important details regarding this position: 

  • This posting includes multiple openings for a LPN LVN – Family Medicine 
  • Available Shifts: 

    • Full – Time, Day

  • This is an onsite position, requiring daily attendance at the designated location. 
  • Candidates must reside within commutable distance of the following office location: 

    • Texas: Levelland

Required Qualifications: 

  • Graduate of an accredited licensed vocational school of nursing
  • Heart Failure Clinic (HC6): Annual education on current concepts in management of Heart Failure.
  • Upon Hire: Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse
  • Upon Hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • 1 or more years of Cardiac Cath Lab Holding Area: Experience as an LVN in a Critical Care area
